License

After sign-in, HRsency Lens checks the license for this device. A new Attendance account includes a 7-day free trial. When the trial or the 1-year license ends, the license screen blocks the camera until you pay or enter a key.

Pay with Razorpay

1. On the license screen, tap Pay with Razorpay.
2. Pay by card, UPI, or net banking. The price includes GST and comes from C9.
3. After a successful payment:
   • the 1-year license key is emailed to the account email
   • the same key is applied on this phone, and the camera opens

Internet is required. This is not a Google Play in-app purchase.

If the app does not open after payment, check the email and paste the key into License key, then tap Activate license.

Activate a key you already have

1. Copy the key from the email (HL2-...).
2. Paste it into License key.
3. Tap Activate license.

The key works only on the phone it was issued for.

If it stays blocked

• Confirm you are online.
• Sign in again, then pay. Payment uses the signed-in email and this device.
• Contact C9INFOTECH if the email does not arrive.
